Sages Cottage Farm is a beautiful, historic 38-acre property in Baxter dating back to the 1850s with heritage protected buildings and grounds. It is owned and managed by Wallara – a sector leading support service for adults with different abilities.

Visitors to the property can visit the historic Sages Cottage and its outbuildings, wander through the beautiful gardens and the conservation bushland, visit the animals or take a stroll around the tranquil lake which has 370 metres of accessible pathway.

Sages Café sits at the heart of the property and includes a gift shop which sells a variety of gifts made by Wallara clients.
