Access Key Standard Terms and Conditions of Contract

Delivery will be made electronically.

Quotation acceptance will form a binding contract upon any one of the following options;

Acceptance upon quotation and payment to Access Ability Australia for items listed in quotation prior to the expiration date

OR

Issuance of a purchase order to Access Ability Australia referencing quotation number and the terms and conditions provided prior to the quotation expiration date.

Deposit payment will be due at project commencement and full payment will be due upon delivery of approved product.  Access Ability Australia payment receipt terms are Net 14 days.
