This Social Story will explain the Reconnect Youth Program, outline how to get involved, and help individuals understand and engage with the program.

It will be suited for individuals who may live with autism spectrum disorder, a specific language disorders, social communication difficulties or cognitive delays and disability. It will also be aimed to support parents, carers and educators.
